Application

• MSA 70 is a solution of methanesulfonic acid.It has the advantage that many of the salts that it forms with metals are very soluble in water. It is readily biodegradable,and it is also distinguished by its high thermal stability and its high conductivity.It can be used to the following applications：
• Electronic plating MSA 70 is mainly used as an electrolyte for tin and tin-lead plating baths that are used for wire and steel strip plating as well as for electronic devices.
• Electronic cleaning MSA 70 can be used in stripping and etching processes.
• Catalyst for resins MSA 70 is an excellent catalyst providing high efficiency in esterification reactions which the reaction temperature range is between 60-180℃.In general terms the reaction times with MSA 70 are significantly shorter than with other sulfonic acids or with sulfuric acid.
