Purity Grades:

  • Industrial Grade: ≥ 98%
  • High Purity Grade: ≥ 99.5%
  • Electronic Grade: ≥ 99.9%

Physical State: Mostly crystalline powder or granules, with colors ranging from pale yellow, orange-red to reddish-brown depending on the structure.

Particle Size Distribution: Average particle size D50 < 5 μm, ultra-fine treatment available upon request.

Decomposition Temperature: Varies by product, typically around 120°C to 200°C, suitable for different processing conditions.

Solubility: Soluble in organic solvents (e.g. toluene, acetone, ethyl acetate), some products are water-soluble.

Color Strength: Meets international standards, high color fastness, batch-to-batch stability within ±3%.

Thermal Stability: Maintains structural stability and color when heated, resistant to discoloration or decomposition, suitable for plastics and coatings applications.

Light Fastness: Through structural modification, some azo pigments can achieve light fastness ratings of 6-8 (Blue Wool standard).

Moisture Content: ≤ 0.5%, ensuring product dryness, stability and shelf life.

Environmental Compliance: Products conform to international environmental and safety regulations such as RoHS, REACH, EN71-3.
