Product description

TMG-AMBN is a white, oil-soluble azo polymerization initiator with a 10-hour half-life temperature, almost similar to TMG-AIBN. It exhibits excellent solubility in a wide range of solvents and is widely used as a polymerization initiator for applications involving acrylics and styrenes. In foam production, it facilitates the formation of nitrogen bubbles. Notably, TMG- AMBN demonstrates significantly higher solubility in organic solvents compared to TMG-AIBN.

Applications / 應用

• TMG-AMBN can be used successfully for bulk. solution, suspension, and emulsion polymerization of a wide variety of monomers, such as styrene, vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride, acrylonitrile, acrylamide, and methyl methacrylate.

Storage / 儲存

Store away from sunlight in a well-ventilated dry place (lower than 10 ℃). Internal pressure of the container is increased by the nitrogen gas released by thermal decomposition. Do not keep the container sealed. Note in humidity. Additionally, keep it away from heat sources and ignition sources to maintain safety.
