Manufacturers utilize TMG's AIBME as a polymerization initiator for producing polyols and polyester polyols. It is a non-nitrile azo-initiator that dissolves in a wide range of organic solvents which has similar level of polymerization activity as AIBN. The best alternative initiator for nitrile based AIBN.

Applications / 應用

• Used as Polymer free radical initiator
• Used in Polymer polyol POP to replace AIBN
• Highly recommended for transparent polymer production. This transparency makes them suitable for use in semiconductors and LCD applications.
• It is also known for its photoresist application, particularly in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

Storage / 儲存

TMG-AIBME can decompose at ordinary room temperature. So, it is recommended to keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. It should be stored below 15 ℃.
